serviceable shotgun, preferably no single barrel
shotguns, unless that is all you have!

Rounds of skeet load, low brass is ok

| Few people have received the
proper training necessary to maximize the potential of
this weapon. The class will start with a basic safety
lecture designed to make you safe while handling ANY
weapon and then proceed to the operation of the shotgun,
to include nomenclature, characteristics, accessories,
handling and modes of carry, just to name a few.
Classroom work includes lecture material on mental
preparation for using a shotgun, as well as any other
weapon, and a written test. |

| Range work for this extensive
class will cover such topics as: |
|
- Principles of Marksmanship
- Loading/unloading
- Carry techniques
- High Performance gun manipulation techniques
including key index points
- Mounting the weapon
- Turns
|
|
|
|
|
Students who exhibit unsafe behavior or fail to adhere to the
Dodd and Associates Firearms Training range and safety
regulations will be warned and then removed from class if they
continue the unsafe behavior. Students removed from class will
NOT receive a refund on their tuition.
