| To register for a class, print and
properly complete a Dodd and Associates
Training Application for each class you wish to apply for,
then mail the properly completed application along with the
below listed documentation and required payment to the following
address: |

Reservations cannot be confirmed until we receive
all of the following requirements:
- A properly completed training application
- Deposit for half of the tuition cost (Tennessee Handgun Class tuition
must be paid in full)
- Documentation of Responsibility* (as listed below) - only required for first time students (not required
for Tennessee Handgun Classes)
- Copy of the prospective student's current driver's license (not required for
Tennessee Handgun
Classes)
Each prospective student must properly complete a training
application for EACH of
the classes applied for AND provide Documentation of Responsibility*
(as listed below, if applicable). Deposits
may be combined into a single payment for students attending together. |

*Dodd and Associate
Training requires applicants for our training classes to submit documentation of
responsibility before being accepted as a class student. Each prospective
student must submit at least ONE of the three category requirements
listed below, in addition to a fully completed training
application and a copy of the prospective student's current driver's license
(the driver's license copy may be submitted on arrival at the
class):
- Evidence of no criminal history (felony or domestic abuse) from a
law enforcement agency on the law enforcement agency's letterhead OR
a photocopy of the applicant's
current weapon carry permit AND a letter of good character from a church
pastor, banker, law enforcement officer, etc. (2 separate documents
required for this category)
- Evidence of current active duty military (photocopy of ID card)
- Evidence of current employment with a public/federal law enforcement
agency
